How do I create an account?

To create an account on our site, click on the “Register” link in the top right corner. At the registration form you can enter your name, email address, and create a password. Make sure you enter a valid email so you can verify your account. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email to activate your account. Then you’ll be all set to access member-only content!

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Of course, if you forgot your account password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account. We will email you a link to reset your password. Follow the reset instructions to create a new password you can easily remember going forward.

How can I update my account information? How does this even work?

To edit your account details like name, email or password – first login, then click your name in the top right corner. This will take you to your account dashboard. On the left sidebar you will see options to update your name, email address, password, and more. Make any changes needed then save at the bottom.

Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your account password anytime. Simply login first, click your name to access the account dashboard, then choose “Change Password” on the left sidebar. You will need to confirm your current password, then enter and confirm your new preferred password twice. Hit save once you are finished. Your new password is updated instantly across all devices.

Payment and Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
Our skills groups and individual coaching options are paid via PayPal through our website. After that, you will receive a receipt via the email address you have provided to us. Self paced virtual courses are paid through the Thinkific portal. Each course includes an 8-week group coaching opportunity. Thinkific accepts Paypal and Stripe payment options.

How is my personal information protected?

NowWhat? Coaching at the Crossroads carefully protects all personal information. In fact, your data remains encrypted at rest with AES 256-bit encryption.

To update your email subscriptions at any time, first log into your account. Afterwards, navigate to “My Account” in the top right corner. On your Account Settings page, locate the Email Preferences section. Also, be sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page to apply the updates to your Email Preferences.
